Terms and Conditions

Products:
In the event that certain product is not available, a suitable alternative will be substituted.

Food is best consumed within 2 hours of receiving order/upon pick up.

 

Timbre+ Pte Ltd’s food products are prepared in premises where nuts are used. While every effort is made to keep ingredients separate, it is possible that traces of nuts could be found in our food. Timbre+ Pte Ltd accepts no responsibility for any problems caused by non-disclosure of allergies or special dietary needs.

Sale of Alcohol:
Any alcohol listings on the site are intended for those who are 18 years or above, and may only be purchased by those who are 18 years and above.

If the meal includes alcoholic drinks or any other age-restricted items, you agree to ensure that a person of 18 years of age or older with appropriate identification is present to receive delivery of the alcoholic drinks or other items.

Timbre+ Pte Ltd reserves the right not to deliver any age-restricted product to anyone who is, or appears to be under, or is unable to prove that he or she is aged 18 or over. In such a situation, we reserve the right to withhold the meal or the age-restricted product from you (as the case may be) and to still charge you for the full purchase price of your meal.

                     

Prices and Payment:

Prices stated exclude GST. GST will be applied at point of check out.

 

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. 

 

Full payment online is required upon ordering for deliveries and pickups.

 

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds:

If you wish to change your order, please contact us at +65 6252 2545 (from 10am to10pm Monday to Saturday). Please note that there is no guarantee that we will be able to agree to your requests as the order may already be underway. For urgent assistance, please call our corporate office at +65 6338 8277 (10am to 7pm from Monday to Friday). 

 

There is strictly no cancellation once the order has been confirmed or payment has been made. 

 

Delivery:

We will endeavour our best to deliver within the stipulated time customers have indicated. In the event of any delays, our staff will inform customers in a timely manner. During wet weather, deliveries may be delayed for up to 30 mins or more. 

 

Privacy Policy:

Timbre+ Pte Ltd abides by Personal Data Protection Act. We will only use the information we have collected from customers for purposes of services, services recovery, news and promotions updates (should you opt in for the latter two).

 

Force Majeure:

Timbre+ Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any delay or failure to provide the service as a result of any act or circumstance beyond the company’s control.

 

General:

We welcome feedback. Any customer who is not satisfied with their orders should contact us at info@timbregroup.asia and provide all relevant details within 24 hours of receipt of food.


Large Orders: 

Orders above SGD $300 will require 3 hours of advance order notice. 

Timbre+ management reserves the rights to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
